A sticky and crazy love story

How I met Kaori?
I was about 15 years old… One day I was out of bubble gum so I decided to go to the supermarket and buy some… my father took advantage of this and gave me a list of things to buy…  That really sucked… but anyway… I went to the supermarket and got all the things the old man asked me to buy and then I went to the candy section… I was about to take a gum package and then she came.
"You should try this one" she said happily and handed me a different gum package
She was a pretty girl about my age. She wasn't like other Ga-matorans, since she had dark pink hair, obviously dyed. I stared at her for a while and finally replied…

"Huh? Well thanks…" I said confused
"I bet you're going to love them" she said and smiled
"You think so? Because I'm an expert in bubble gum flavors! And these ones are way better." I said and showed her another package of gum.
"Yuck! Those are the worst I've eaten in my entire life!" she said laughing
"WHAT?! There's probably something wrong with your sense of taste! Let me check your mouth" I said joking
"There's nothing wrong with me!!" she said and laughed
"Ok, ok… I'll believe you this time… but I insist this bubble gum is way better" I said and grinned
"Yeah yeah right...  You're so hard headed! "She said and knocked my head
I laughed and finally asked her what her name was
"Kaori" she said smiling
"I'm Vakama" I said
"Well nice to meet you Vakama" she said in a tender way
"Nice to meet you too!" I said
"So what's up with all this stuff you're buying?" she said in a curious way
"My father… he asked me to buy all of this…" I said
"I see… so is your father normal?" she said and looked at me in a curious way
"That's the weirdest thing someone has ever asked me" I said and laughed
"Sorry" she said softly "I tend to ask weird questions…" she said blushing and laughing nervously…
"You probably can read minds or something; because he isn't normal… he's a weirdo." I said and laughed
She laughed and then she told me how her mother was… since that moment I stopped thinking my father was weird… haha
Finally I left the supermarket and she helped me out with the bags. She gave me her phone number and since that moment my life was never the same again…
We spent hours talking on the phone almost every day, or we went out but just as friends. We sent each other messages and everything was so great I couldn't believe she was real.
She was like totally out of this world, she was original, different and didn't care what everyone thought about her.
A year passed and we became really close. She dyed her hair AGAIN, but this time kind of reddish with some yellow on the tips, which made her look even more beautiful.
So I asked her to go with me for lunch one day at a really cool restaurant she liked that was near the beach. They had all this weird food but somehow she liked it. Her favorite dish was something called "Falafel". I tried it and almost puked. But it was fun anyway. Later I ate a slice of pizza.
It was already sunset so we went to beach, which she thought was something cliché, but somehow I managed to convince her to come with me. We walked to a cliff, which wasn't that bad… Some minutes later it was nighttime… Everything went so perfect…
"So?! What do you want to do now?!" she asked excited
"Well I don't know, you tell me" I said
"I want to swim." She said happily.
"Ok then. Let's go back to the beach, so you can get into the ocean" I said
"WHAT? Nonono, I won't walk back to the beach, I'll jump off to the ocean from this cliff right now" She said in really excited way
"WHAT?! ARE YOU MAD?!" I said surprised and scared
"Yeah, See you later Vakama" she said and jumped
"FOR THE LOVE OF MATA-NUI! KAORI!! I KNEW SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO EAT THAT FALAFEL! THEY HAVE DRIVEN HER CRAZY" I screamed as I saw her jump into the vast ocean
I was shocked and scared and I just didn't know what to do… I was so worried about her… it was just totally crazy and dangerous to jump off the cliff… After some minutes of desperation I decided to jump too, so I could find her.
"WAIT FOR ME KAORI!!" I took off my shirt and jumped off…
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH"
Then I realized how fast that was… I was already in the ocean and had to look for Kaori.
"Kaori!! Kaori!! Where are you?!" I screamed, hardly breathing, because I was exhausted of swimming that much.
"I knew you would do it" she said happily sitting in a small cave that was over there
I swam to the cave and got out of the water. She smiled and I hugged her.
"Oh Mata Nui! Do you want kill me from a heart attack?!" I said while hugging her tightly
"Of course no. I just wanted to see how much you cared about me" she said tenderly
"Well don't ever, ever scare me like that again, you silly" I said
I stopped hugging her, but our faces were still really close… She looked me In the eyes and smiled. I could feel her breath, we were face to face.
"So… Why are you like, so slow to do things Vakama?" she said
"What?" I said confused.
"Just kiss me and ask what you need to ask" she said and smiled tenderly
"You do read people's minds" I said softly as I moved my head towards her to kiss her slowly.
